At the service a year ago your mechanic disconnected my dashcam and did not reconnect it. This time I specially mentioned this, and the dashcam was reconnected, but incorrectly. Also, although the car was valeted, a mat was left dirtier than before.

Car in for MOT, was advised it would take 2hrs inc the wash/vac. Arrived on appt time and waited. After 2hrs still not ready, it was having health check and then going to be cleaned. This wasn't acceptable. Needed more communication from adviser.

I received a health check for my vehicle detailing all areas which were all okay. My LHF wheel was refurbished and a new battery fitted which cured the stop start system. Kept fully up to date by the app and the excellent staff at BMW Shrewsbury.
