Purchase was unhurried and I didn't feel pressured. It helped that I knew which vehicle I wanted and which options etc. Transfer of private registration number handled on my behalf which saved a lot of hassle. Handover was sufficiently thorough.

This is my overall score. The fact is once I was there and talking to people the team there was brilliant. The phone system to communicate with BMW Shrewsbury is a huge problem, and enough for me to not replace my car with another BMW.

I cannot fault the overall service, which included a vehicle health check, and that is good idea. All l will say is that changing two tyres took two hours and was more expensive that it would have been if l'd taken the car elsewhere.
