Called up to discuss concerns with my brakes. Was booked in less than a week later. Customer service was fantastic. Like how you can track how your vehicle is getting on. Staff were great in the showroom. Car washed and hoovered as well!

I raised a concern regarding excessive rear tyre wear on my BMW M2 after only 1,465 miles following tyre replacement and alignment. While the final outcome was positive, with BMW replacing all four tyres at no cost, the process wasn't straightforward

I would have given 5 stars, however, on the trip back home I noticed that my dashcam was not working, it had been unplugged and the SD card released from the slot, requiring me to plug it back in whilst driving on the M54, why was it unplugged?

My tyre tread depths were measured incorrectly and an advisory placed on my MOT certificate which couldn't be removed. The substandard tread depths were not taken on the primary treads on my BMW approved Michelin Latitude SP3 tyres.

Whilst your front of house staff were very helpful, on collecting my vehicle i subsequently notice the service mileage had failed to be reset, a return visit is required to rectify this. In addition paperwork had to be requested

Communication first class. Use of technology very informative. All staff i had an interaction with were really nice & Eden was great. The complimentary video healthchack proved useful. I would use Sytner Shrewsbury always if better located for me.

The actual experience when I got there was, as always, excellent with polite and efficient staff dealing with me at every stage. However, booking the service on the phone was an appalling experience with a fight to gain access to a human being.

Overall customer service was excellent, the only disapointment was the three weeks I had to wait for repair as there was not a curtesy car available, however the curtesy car you provided was lovely and very satisfactory.

Booked my car in for oil service and MOT, had to have a C00 sensor replaced, total cost over 1200. When I picked my car up, there was a warning about tyre pressure being low on the front right. It's very disappointing that the tyre wasn't blown up.

Everything went like clockwork, courtesy car was ready and the service executive was friendly efficient and timely. Repairs carried out fully and even the screen wash was topped up. All in all a very pleasant experience.
