The staff at Sytner in Shrewsbury have been excellent throughout. I have always been made to feel welcome and never under pressure. My choices and preferences were well respected and I was offered a good deal which I was delighted to accept.

Really happy with the service, the video walk through and the waiting experience. The only issue was getting my mileage wrong on the invoice which stated 10,000 miles added on. It was rectified though when pointed out.

Again , a long wait at the beginning and end of the service. However , the lady assistant tried hard to appease us by giving a discount of £40.

So if I charged per hour for my wasted work time at £60 per hour that would equate to £240! Ridiculous pricing structure for what at most is a 10 minute job. Ended up paying £65 in total which I am very unhappy about.

Slightly disappointed with the free valet standard. I was expecting a report on the car's condition but there was no mention of it. Staff were extremely polite and helpful; I do enjoy visiting this branch.

Staff were rude and disrespectful as soon as I walked in to leave the keys and almost aggressive in manner. Communication remained poor and I had to call them after not hearing all day. I was then left without a vehicle and had to get a lift home

Front of house and service staff are great. The workshop techs I have series issues with and worry about their competency to work on my car. I think standards are low and inconsistent

No communication about issue that caused breakdown, no communication about when vehicle would be ready, Received phone call on Monday eve, and informed hire car needs to be returned within 24 hrs or rental charges would occur.

Dropped car off on the Sunday as it was booked in on the Monday. Didn't hear anything back from the dealer on the Monday, had to phone myself on the Tuesday morning, to be told it was being done on the Tuesday???

I recieved a call that my car was ready for collection Monday 6th and now readydor collection.... first call recieved, that the parts had arrived and had been fitted, No fore warning considering we had a been given a hire car.

Staff are excellent and helpful. I was fairly horrified at the bill. A simple routine brake fluid change costing well over £300. I will not be returning to Sytner. I feel it was about double the price it should have been.

I asked for my BMW dashcam to be looked at as on parking, there was no notification of parking mode switching on. I was told I would need a new dashcam. On getting home, decided to try resetting the dashcam and low and behold working perfectly.

There seems to be some issue during this last service. Executive who managed my service didn't inform the service is complete. When I went to collect they have to find another executive to do handover. This is entirely different from past experience.

Overall I am happy with my purchase of BMW i5 from Sytner Shrewsbury. The only thing I would like to add is while purchasing the car we agreed about getting the battery health checkup But it's not done yet. I am not getting enough range.

Disappointed with latest service visit. MoT took much longer than usual. Was promised a video update during the inspection but this never arrived. Required two new tyres but now regret having this done, was very expensive and took a long time.

Overall a good service just slightly frustrated that I arrived in time and I was informed that the planned and arranged 2.5 hour slot was more likely to be 4 hours having arranged to wait . I then had to call my wife to collect me .
