A very good experience overall, the only slight problem being a delay when the vehicle was held at arrival in UK, before delivery to SYTNER, which the dealership could not explain.

Jack was excellent. Very patient, down to earth and very helpful. Chris was great on the numbers side and the product specialist who took me on the test drive was fantastic but I can't remember his name sorry! He was really knowledgeable .

Very happy this visit. Service Adviser worked to get the work done to my requested 2pm time (to do grandchildren school run back in Oswestry). All work seems done to a good standard and car trim all put back - I sometimes have to reclip trim bits.

I'll be honest, I haven't spent a penny with BMW. I bought my car second-hand from a non-BMW mega-dealership. However, this didn't change how I was dealt with. Everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable.
