Simran delivered my car to me at my work place in Derby (on his day off) as when I went to collect from Shrewsbury, the tax website was down so I couldn't take my new car. I was able to leave my BMW I was trading in though & I got a courtesy car.

Booked my x5 in for a wheel repair no problem with the repair. The next morning in daylight noticed that whoever had been in the car had left dirty , greasy fingerprints on the interior doors and seats not what I expected from a BMW dealer .

Overall a very poor experience. Told to arrive at 8am, to then find out on arrival that the service centre did not open until 8:30 and so had to wait in freezing temperatures. Felt like the only sign in was pointless as still waited to handover keys

Car collected from home address which is a nice touch . Booked the car in on line the day before and opted for the oil top up check and 1 ltr of oil as well as the service,mot and a recall.Never got the oil check.

After taking the car to a standard garage who promised me they knew all about sports cars they failed to diagnose the problem and handed the job over to Sytner. Sytner wavered the £120 per hour feels when they found the only fault was a blow Fuse!

I took out the tyre insurance when I called the breakdown, the girl asked all types of questions. Which I did not know, it was dark and cold. I gave the reg & I would presume from this you can work out what the vehicles got.

The (very nice) lady who was employed to "meet and greet" on arrival was a waste of a resource. It took around 20 minutes from arrival to being called over to the desk, so her sole function was to help us avoid standing in a queue.
