My car was leaking oil on my driveway after spending £1200 on a service for my car. Spoke to the dealership about this and was told this was just oil that was spilt when changing the filter but now I'm left with a mess on the driveway.

I understand the perceived need for a call centre, but it is better to hold and a branch representative takes a message and the feelers calls back. The BMW ownership experience is about relationship with your dealer not a call centre. It's personal.
