Simran who helped us at Sytner Shrewsbury was fantastic, he was excellent on the phone and in the showroom, gave us very clear advice when deciding on what model to buy and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car.

The customer service at Sytner, Shrewsbury is excellent from the showroom experience, building the specifications of the vehicle, keeping me up to date on the delivery and giving detailed information on setting up the vehicle on during the handover.

Car was transferred from road to Shrewsbury. Called several times for update, promised call back but no call back, tried again around 5pm, promised call back and explained that i needed update as needed a car for my work. No call back.

Nothing wrong with the service or the people I met BUT this idea of a designated service advisor NEVER works. So my designated SA busy with another customer when I arrived and when I collected had to hang around until he appeared. Happens every time.

The staff are polite and friendly. However, during my brake fluid service, my dash cam was disconnected, which I can partially understand. It was not reconnected to the power after, and no one informed me. I only noticed this when I arrived home.

4* due to my electric courtesy car only having 80 miles. I needed to be out and about that day and the the car said I had used 10 miles before leaving Shrewsbury. So had to use my daughter's car. There was also rubbish in courtesy car.

The car was booked in for a 10am slot, we were advised at booking that the service would be approximately two hours. The car didn't move from the car park for 1 hour 45 minutes. Only after I phoned to chase did it eventually move into the workshop!

I believe i have been overcharged. Also, within 10 minutes of leaving the on board computer alerted me to a low tyre pressure. I had to stop at a garage and inflate I emailed them but not heard yet. Into day 3

I was pleased that all matters were resolved & an issue that has been going on for many years was finally dealt with. As a profoundly deaf person the initial communication from the team was poor and they needed to be made aware of the Equality Act.

I was told the service was simply a brake fluid change and flush and would take 90 minutes. It took over two and a half hours. I had planned my work schedule around the 90 minute timing so needed to rearrange appointments with no idea as to when

I was told, even after questioning the accuracy of the statement, when I booked the service by phone that I would be required to leave my vehicle for the entire day. Upon arrival I was told that it would be ready by lunchtime. My BMW app didn't work

Not only did you book my faulty tailgate lock in to workshop the next day , you orders a lock mechanism in just in case. The lock was faulty and your team replaced it and sorted the pro or in a couple of hours including a wash and vac - great job

My BMW was booked in for service at Sytner Shrewsbury and the service was completed promptly and efficiently. The service staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and the sales staff too were particularly helpful in assisting me with a new purchase.

So far my experience has been that it seems like a real struggle, fight even when it comes to customer service at the shrewsbury centre. Repeated calls for an issue to be looked at rather than being taking seriously the first time

On completion I was given the car keys in the reception area, but no receipt or condition report. I later had to call twice before I finally managed to get same emailed to me. Why is a condition report done if the owner isn't given a copy?

I asked for a quote for bodywork but didn't get one. I was promised a wash and vacuum but was carried out very poorly. One email confirmation didn't include the MOT and I had to call to confirm it was going to be carried out . Tyre pressures not set

I was given detailed information regarding the repairs needed and the costings of the repairs. I was addressed in a friendly respectful manner and any questions I asked were dealt with. I have always been impressed with the service given at BMW.
