Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. However, its always different staff, there is no continuity, and the personal service with staff who know you and regocnise you as a repeat customer has been lost, thats a big loss from a customer perspective

Why do you book everyone in at 8:30 in the morning irrespective of what work needs doing to each car. It causes absolute chaos. Stagger arrival times to make things easier.

The fault was diagnosed wthin an hour and the replacement sensor was in stock. I agreed to wait for it to be fitted the same day. As usual the car was beautifully cleaned.

The only problem was that I was kept waiting when I came to drop off the keys at 8am. It's almost as though the people on reception prevent you from going straight to the service team. I don't recall this happening under Rybrook's ownership.

I understand the perceived need for a call centre, but it is better to hold and a branch representative takes a message and the feelers calls back. The BMW ownership experience is about relationship with your dealer not a call centre. It's personal.

This was a recall visit for front airbag, however, no work was required. The system to upload photos of the VIN and steering wheel did not work, which could have saved me making the visit. Further, the visit was longer than expected at 2 hrs 45 min

Customer service is great - five minute wait on arrival to drop off. Service desk attention very good. Engineers set tyre pressures to standard settings even though iDrive showed I run on Eco settings.

Not impressed. I phoned up twice to ask about progress on my car and I was asked to be called back because nobody answered the phone. On both occasions I didn't receive a call and ended up asking my parents to drive up to Sytner because I needed it.

BMW sent the wrong part and I had to either leave my car overnight or return next day. Excellent response from Sytner who provided me with a courtesy car so I could return the next day to collect my car and trickle charged my battery overnight.
