I can't think of any occasions when I have awarded the top score in any survey. I have a policy of believing that there has always got to be room for improvement. However, the service provided by Sytner Shrewsbury has been of the highest of standards

The whole process from buying and collecting our new car was great.Dan explained things very clearly and kept me up to date via email.His friendly, caring approach made the experience easy, enjoyable and any queries I had he dealt with them promptly.

Well car had Togo in for a re call , was not able to book a timed appointment, which was a big let down as bmw said car had to be in all day , so wasted a day of my time , I left car there & picked up next day as not willing to wait may be all day

Was told I needed 2 new tyres as 1 was below minimum tread and other had a nail in it, so decided to get it done closer to home and they checked all tyres and said they were fine so mad I would of wasted £200+ on tyres that didn't need changing

I feel let down by sytner, I payed for a full health check on my car and was advised everything was ok and didn't need servicing until January 2025,5000miles later my cars turbochargers failed,a car with only 65000miles on the clock ??

The inability to predict the time for procuring a part from Germany was not the fault of the dealer - but to be told that my vehicle would be off the road with no date for fixing the problem was worrying -with 5 customers still waiting after 3 months

I can't think of any improvements you could make. Only slightly adverse comment would be the wait to drop the keys off with you - this could be surely much quicker/simpler for the time poor population, i.e. everyone!

Several months ago, on board system indicated brake pads need to be replaced. Inspection showed they were good for another 5000 miles! Was told that sensors were overly sensitive, but impressed that i wasnt pushed into an unnecessary expense.

The lead time on our choice of car was pushed back from 4 months to 8 months causing us to review the specification of the car. Kyle helped us work through the changes that were possible to give us what we wanted for under £40k.
